I have a huge passion for helping women develop positive relationships with both food and exercise.
I bring a unique perspective to personal training.
As a certified personal trainer and currently studying a Cert IV in Nutrition, I'm committed to promoting balance and overall well-being in everything I do. Unlike conventional approaches that focus solely on numbers and strict regimes, my philosophy centres on embracing a lifestyle that nourishes both body and soul.
After years of cycling through fad diets, I finally found peace & balance with food and a loving relationship with my body. I fell in love with weight training, discovering a new appreciation for what my body can do rather than how it looked. Now, I train because I love my body, not because I hate it. This realisation has absolutely freed me. My why & purpose became so clear to me. I need to help other women achieve this same freedom.
I believe in fostering a healthy mindset that celebrates progress over perfection and finds joy in every step of the journey. My goal is to empower you to feel strong, confident, and in tune with your body, regardless of your fitness level or background.
